1967
- As a pioneering and prestigious founding member of Taiwan’s footwear union, Jung Di Hsing Industry Co., Ltd. was established as the first sports shoe manufacturer in Taiwan. Our journey began with producing sports shoes for the Mitsubishi Group (CITC), marking the start of a legacy of excellence and innovation in the footwear industry.
1973
- We are honored to have been the first factory in Taiwan authorized to work directly with PUMA, highlighting our pioneering role and commitment to excellence in the footwear industry.
1978
- We were granted direct authorization by PONY, becoming the first factory in Taiwan to manufacture PONY sports shoes.
1980
- We are proud to be the first footwear company authorized to work directly with Mizuno Corporation. This partnership, which began over 44 years ago, continues to thrive to this day.
1987
- Began manufacturing NIKE sports shoes.
1990
- Started manufacturing ELLESSE sports shoes.
1991
- Established a factory in Shenzhen, China: Xin Er I-Chuan Co., Ltd.
1992
- Began manufacturing volleyball shoes, casual shoes, and basketball shoes for LOTTO.

- Began manufacturing hiking boots for H.H. Brown.
1993
- In 1993, we began manufacturing baseball shoes for Mizuno at our Xin Er I-Chuan factory in Shenzhen, China. Since 1980, we have proudly served as Mizuno's primary baseball cleat manufacturer, a role we have held for over four decades. This enduring partnership highlights our unwavering commitment to quality and excellence. Today, we continue to produce premier baseball cleats for Mizuno, reflecting our dedication to innovation and superior craftsmanship. This enduring relationship stands as a testament to our shared values and mutual success.

- We began manufacturing sports shoes for ELLESSE.

- We partnered with GORE-TEX, earning certification to become an official GORE-TEX manufacturer. We began producing GORE-TEX waterproof shoes for H.H. Brown, ensuring high-quality, durable footwear that meets the strict standards of both brands.

- We began manufacturing products for Le Coq Sportif.

- We began manufacturing products for Descente.

- Became a member of SATRA.

- We began manufacturing GORE-TEX shoes for L.L. Bean.

- We established the first-ever SATRA-standard laboratory within a factory, with guidance and assistance from SATRA.

- We proudly became the first footwear factory in China to achieve SATRA laboratory certification, a prestigious milestone that underscores our dedication to industry-leading quality and innovation standards. This accomplishment, supported by SATRA's rigorous criteria, sets us apart as a pioneer in the footwear manufacturing sector.
2001
- In collaboration with W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc., we began manufacturing military boots for the Singapore Ministry of Defense.

- In collaboration with W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc., we began manufacturing Gore-Tex waterproof boots for the Hong Kong Police Force.
2002
- We began manufacturing leather shoes for MADRAS.
2003
- We received ISO 9001 certification (2000 edition).

- We expanded our GORE-TEX shoe production capabilities and established a dedicated GORE-TEX bootie production line to manufacture waterproof booties for the Japan Self-Defense Forces.
2005
- In collaboration with MIZUNO, we have established comprehensive rapid order systems for the U.S. market's BBX and IN-LINE, as well as Japan's SPECTRA. This integration enhances our ability to efficiently meet market demands and streamline the ordering process, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence.

- We established a factory in Guangzhou, China: Guangzhou I-Chuan Co., Ltd.

- We began a partnership with ROCKY and started manufacturing safety shoes under the MICHELIN brand.

- We developed HI-TEC fire-resistant shoes and obtained European certification (PPE Directive 9/686/EEC).

- We began manufacturing products for the British brand HENRI LLOYD.

- The Guangzhou I-Chuan factory began manufacturing products for Under Armour.

- We established a factory in Sichuan Province, China:Sichuan Honghe Sewing Factory.

- We developed the classic PONY series shoes for the Taiwan and Hong Kong markets.

- Southeast Asia Investment Exploration:
In September, we conducted exploratory visits to Cambodia and Vietnam to assess investment opportunities. By November, we decided to invest in Cambodia. In December, we purchased land to advance our plans and establish our presence in the region.

- We established a factory in Cambodia: I-Cheng (Cambodia) Corporation.

- The factory in Cambodia achieved SATRA laboratory certification, becoming the only footwear manufacturing facility in Cambodia to receive the prestigious A-grade certification. This signifies that our laboratory maintains tightly controlled temperature and humidity environments, meeting the highest standards set by SATRA.
2015
- Passed ISO 9001 certification (2008 edition).

- I-Cheng factory in Cambodia began manufacturing MIZUNO safety shoes.

- I-Cheng (Cambodia) Corporation began manufacturing safety shoes for Reebok eight years ago. This successful partnership continues to flourish today. We are proud to collaborate with AGS and Reebok in delivering high-quality, reliable safety and tactical shoes.

- I-Cheng's SATRA laboratory has proudly achieved the prestigious Gold Status distinction. Our laboratory is one of only two in the world to receive this honor for a humidity and temperature-controlled environment. Additionally, we are the only factory outside of China to attain this esteemed status.
2025
- The Cambodian Ministry of Labor organized the “One Enterprise, One Harmonious Community Award” to recognize outstanding factories and enterprises nationwide. A total of 36 companies received the prestigious Gold Medal certification, including the Cambodia I-Cheng Factory. The awards were personally presented by Prime Minister Hun Manet.
